Forskning

In my work I study solute transporters from the chloroplast thylakoid membrane of Arabidopsis thaliana, with focus on a potassium/proton antiporter and a chloride transporter. I will use several knockout mutant lines, molecular biology and plant physiology tools to study these transporters. I will also study natural variation of protein phosphorylation in Arabidopsis thylakoid membrane.
