Forskningsområde

- Taxonomi, morfologi, fylogeni och biogeografi inom Potentilla (Rosaceae), Alnus (Betulaceae) samt sydamerikanska Polygalaceae och Valerianaceae.
-Populationsbiologi hos ask (Fraxinus excelsior).

Research area

- Taxonomy, morphology, phylogeny and biogeography within Potentilla (Rosaceae) as well as South American Polygalaceae and Valerianaceae.
- Dynamics of reproduction and genetics in Common ash (Fraxinus excelsior).

• Annual growth of fruit bearing and male individuals of the Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior)
• Seasonal variation in neighbourhood size in Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior).
• Pollen tube competition in Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior).
• The role of allopolyploidy in the evolution and biodiversity of Potentilleae (Rosaceae).
• Migration and evolution of arctic Alnus species in response to past climate change.
• Relationship of the genera Pteromonnina and Monnina (Polygalaceae) based on sequences from the ITS-region
• Taxonomy of South American Valerianaceae.
