Forskning

In my project, I focus on Photosystem II function and dynamics in three widely used Arabidopisis thaliana ecotypes, namely Col-0, Ws-4 and Ler-0. I am using a wide variety of biochemical and physiological techniques, including Western blot, native gel electrophoresis for separation of protein complexes, chlorophyll fluorescence and oxygen evolution.
